The Cord Cutting Technique - now on Skype|
Healing the pain of relationships old and new
No matter where you are in the world, you can now do the Cord Cutting Technique through your Skype connection, in the comfort of your own home, and at a time to suit you. For more information click here.
The pain of resentment is experienced deep in your body, intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Even if you are not feeling bad now, you will eventually feel the hurt and sadness that comes from projecting anger, bitterness, hatred, rage and loathing outwards to other people.
In all likelihood, the other person has no knowledge of the way you feel. Crumbs, sometimes they are even dead, and yet we just don't seem to be able to let this go. If all that ill-will is going out, and yet going nowhere, where do you think it ends up? Yes, you guessed it, right back in your lap. Given enough time, just you wait and see what that does to you.
You cannot send bitterness out and expect to get love in return. It doesn't work that way. Given that you can't change anything, your past is always going to be just the way it was, is it not better to forgive the past and just move on? Just how difficult do you think that would be? I can tell you it can be as simple as cutting the cords from the past, and with forgiveness and love, you can be released from your past.
